2. Program Description

By opting in to the Go AI Labs SMS Notifications program, you consent to receive text messages from Go AI Labs LLC. Messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders for scheduled discovery calls
  • Follow-up communications related to your inquiry or service request
  • Service updates, status notifications, and account-related alerts
  • Promotional messages about Go AI Labs services and offerings

You may opt in to receive messages by checking the SMS consent checkbox on any form on our website (goailabs.ai), by texting a keyword to our number, or by verbally consenting during a phone call with our team.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with Go AI Labs. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. Message volume will not exceed this amount unless you initiate additional communication.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply to all messages sent and received. Go AI Labs does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge you based on your messaging plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time.

To stop receiving messages, text STOP to any message you receive from Go AI Labs. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS messaging program is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to:

AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, Virgin Mobile, and other regional carriers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network.

8. Consent

By opting in to our SMS messaging program, you confirm that:

  • You are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided
  • You consent to receive text messages from Go AI Labs at the number provided
  • You understand that consent is not a condition of purchase or service
  • You understand that message and data rates may apply

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Go AI Labs. You may choose to opt out at any time without affecting your ability to use our services.
